No matter what after i place "Bob User" as a owner in the ECP or Command Shell, when listing the folders permission in command shell or ECP it shows Default as Author and "Bob User" as Owner, when I view Public Folders in Outlook 2016 the permissions for At this time we are in the process of a Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016 upgrade, we still use public Folders in our Finland office, after following the steps to migrate them when trying to utilize public folders it seems to take on the Default user permission
